Ringtones Behaviour
 

Hi all,

I was playing around with N900 ringtones and noticed that during incoming call, ringtones get cut off and loop back to start instead of continuous playback of selected ringtone. This behavior is very different from my previous phone N95. Is there a way to modify this?

Also, I noticed, it won;t read midi files, any tips how to do that?

Strange... I have a full mp3-song as ringtone, and I have never heard it cut off and start over.

After how many seconds does it cut for you??

I have the same issue with my phone. Ringtones only play for ~5 seconds when receiving an incoming call and then cut off and loop back to the start.

The audio files play normally when played with mplayer or through the file browser, and even play normally when played through the ringtone selection screen.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there an easy fix?
