Re: accessing to /home/user/MyDocs ?
MyDocs is what the phone browser reports as n900 - main internal memory as opposed to memory card, and wont show you further up the filesystem. connecting to a pc should also show this as the main folder but will report it as "(f) external drive" or something similar, hope this helps...

Re: accessing to /home/user/MyDocs ?
I once had /home/user/MyDocs unmounted during using the device. I was wondering why gps-tracker.sh suddenly couldn't log anymore to logfile in /home/user/MyDocs/gps-tracker.log
Do not know why or what sequence of actions did it. Haven't been able to reproduce it (bug?) yet. Manually remounting it in xterminal got it back. # mount /home/user/MyDocs |

Re: accessing to /home/user/MyDocs ?
Me too i am trying to get access there through pc or file manager but i always see people posting here saying got to terminal and type the mydocs thing and i am confused after that. I wish there was a youtube video that showed EXACTLY how to add files in that location through X-Terminal with good quality video >.<. Maybe one day.

Re: accessing to /home/user/MyDocs ?
If you connect to the PC in PC Suite mode, the MyDocs folder is mapped to the Data directory. If you connect in mass storage mode, the MyDocs folder is the root of the mapped drive.
