[Request]Port QMMS
 

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone would be able to give a try to porting QMMS (http://qmmp.ylsoftware.com/index_en.php) to the N900.

It uses Qt4 librairies, supports pulseaudio as output and supports equalisers as well.

It has a WinAmp/XMMS look to it.

The user interface doesn't look even remotely well suited to the N900. I too would like a better quality audio player on the n900. It is a real pity that Canola development hasn't continued.

It's not less suited that XMMS that was ported before on the N8xx :)

True, but it seems like you can manage navigating around that anyway. I'd compromise that for a good media player with built in EQ that doesn't take more than 25% CPU usage and can play by folders.
