Calling Group Profile
 

Hi !

Anybody knows it is possible to set a certain contact ringing out ONLY under a certain profile ?

I mean, like in all other nokia phone, e.g. create a VIP profile (that's can be down with tweaker) and move contact into a group which is only ringing out in VIP profile.

Is this possible on N900 ?

Hallo,

I've just started developing such an application.

It is based on the code found at http://maemocentral.com/2010/02/22/h...s-on-the-n900/ but I want to add some usable interface.

My problem is that I don't know if there is any developing of contact groups (just like on S60).

My current approach is, to have a file (one phone number per line) as a "group", then select files using a dialog, which will merge those selected files into one file, this file is read when someone calls and the caller gets blocked if his number have been found.

I've just registered a project at garage.maemo.org, as soon as I've get an answer, I'll let you know more.

Until then, you may try CallBlocker or PyCallBlocker.
