( still ) can't get quake 3 to work....
 

I have a problem, pretty frustrating cuz I can't get quake 3 to work yet on my N900 :mad:, I did pretty much everything plus I see the .pk3 files in the /home/user/.q3a/baseq3/ folder. but when I try to run the game, I get a black screen and after like 5 seconds in sends me back to desktop.
What am I actually doing wrong ? Or am I missing something ?

Run ioquake3.arm in terminal and post the output (DON'T run as root)

This may be a silly question, but did you install open arena as well as ioquake? I assume open arena is the app you'll want to run.

it says ioquake.arm: not found :(

When I find a wifi connection again i'll try to download the openarena, cuz it is like 294 MB or something...:)

ive tried everything as well and cant get it to work.....i dont get why they just dont have it install like open arena..... do it by itself.....

Well I got openarena to work on my N900, so I think I won't need quake anymore =) Thanx for the help tho
