I don't get sound using Dr. NokSNES emulator
 

I've tried a handful of games and I can't seem to get sound no matter what. Does anyone know whats wrong?

no, BIG problem. troubleshooting is a must for an n900 user. if those petty questions fill up the forum, questions that are easily solved by simply "LOOKING AROUND", we wont progress. :(

it is a problem because some like to keep their profile in silent, i couldnt believe this was the culprit in the end when trying to figure this out. The media player works in silent mode same goes for online media content, why shouldnt this too?. This should be corrected in future updates because its an inconvenience that you would need to go into settings to mute all alerts just to listen to games.

this actually helped me ALOT! i couldnt for the life of me figure out why the sound wasnt working on any of the emulators but it was working on video and other stuff. i actually uinstalled drnoksnes and reinstalled it in hopes that it wold work! i didnt even think to check the profile.....anyways thanks =)
