engadget are reporting a little different to what OPK said, Symbian^3 Devices WILL BE LAUNCHED IN Q2 with mass shipments starting Q3.
S3 devices was always targeted for Q2 announcements which is a 3 month frame

Delays? WTF? It´s on time. It might be that they are overall bit late compared to competitors, but they are in schedule what they made.
