[Request] Lets-Add-Desktops application
 

Hi there,

is there a genius out here that can make an app to actually add some desktops (let's say 8) and also with the option to add wallpapers?

I have tried the hard part with hildon destop modified and commands but never nailed it!

If this can be done in an UI, that would be so cool!

yeah id love this, the manual way looked too hard for me!

The manual part was easy !
I could get more desktops, but the wallpapers never worked 4 me...

The good news are that Nokia improved hildon-home in PR1.2. You still need to recompile it to support more than 4 views, but now (with small changes) you can enable/disable all views and select the background from the GUI.

I think it would be nice with "9" backgrounds.
3 up/down and 3 sideways.
Make it so that you can use one large wallpaper, that way it would be easyer to navigate and remember where what is on the screen.

The screen is 800X480.
Let's go for 2400X1440. ;)
