Bluetooth Keyboard, any tips?
 

I recently bought a Nokia N800 and so far i love it :)

But i would like a keyboard for it, any tips?

i found the Nokia SU-8W for 1000SEK (about 110euros) in sweden, have anyone any experience with that one? does it work well?

I too have the Think Outside Stowaway Sierra and use it with the N800. This folds in four and has five rows of full-size keys. It's the same design as a Targus (I think) keyboard that I used years ago with a Palm V. I find it a bit noisier to use than the Targus, however -- I think this is because of the addition of a compartment to house the battery that powers the Bluetooth. So, the Sierra might not be ideal for use in a quiet library (something I regularly used the Palm/Targus combination for).

The down arrow scrolls rather faster than the scroll down hardware button on the N800, so it's easy to overshoot your target. However, if you use down arrow in combination with the Fn key, it works as a Page Down key, which is perfect. The use of function keys (Fn + the appropriate numeric key) makes browsing easier but I think they keyboard is overkill if you just want to use the tablet for browsing. If you're writing email or notes, or using a text editor or the terminal, I'd say it was essential.

I have the stowaway, mini or whatever.. the 4row one that folds in half and is about the size of the n800 closed up.. it works great, would have liked physical number keys.. but I had a stowaway 5 row 4 section fold years and years ago for my handspring visor... and the close clasp broke too easy.. so thats why I stayed away from that model.... plus I got this one at amazon for 70 bucks less than everywhere else

Also using a Stowaway Sierra here. Amazon had a pretty good price here in the U.S. I initially neglected to set my "Bluetooth Keyboard type" to an appropriate setting, which caused some problems, until another user of this forum reminded me to check/change the setting. Also used a similar keyboard with my Palm IIIxe years ago, and decided to go with same design because I liked the previous keyboard so much.
