Technical strings instead of actual titles, "memr_ni_application_closed_no_resources"
 

Suddenly my n900 is displaying technical strings instead of actual titles, like "wdgt_va_24h_time" instead of the clock, and "mp_ap_name" instead of "media player" (in the menu)

Also, when trying to access regional and language settings, i get this error message

"memr_ni_application_closed_no_resources"

seems like i have the same problem as here, but i have no idea how to solve it.

got it fixed by a nokia guy, so problem solved :P

I have the same pb, seems to be linked to a soft update, didn't notice the soft that was updated..

My N900 was in french, it now in true Maemo ...

I have the exactly same problem!
It happened after I replaced the sim card with a new operator and the I put back the original one...
I am totally lost !!!
Should I have to flash the unit?

I did it when trying to clear rootfs space , I flashed mine to 1.2 which fixed it

- Wait for fever to reply what the nokia guy did to his phone or
- Flash and have it running within approx. 30 minutes (windows installation of flasher and backup restore of phone included)

I'd go for the latter.

It's the same with my phone now.
has anyone come out with a solution?

I really dont know what i've done to cause this.
