sh: 192.168.1.3: not found
i tried to ssh from my Ubuntu machine to my N900.
First I had this output: The authenticity of host 'nokia-n900-42-11 (192.168.1.3)' can't be established. RSA key fingerprint is a4:0e:44:de:10:41:f3:07:8b:55:ad:5b:f8:e9:d9:54. Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes Warning: Permanently added 'nokia-n900-42-11,192.168.1.3' (RSA) to the list of known hosts. Then, root@nokia-n900-42-11's password: and after insterting my password: sh: 192.168.1.3: not found Do you know what can I do now? Thanks a lot. |
Re: sh: 192.168.1.3: not found
are you sure thats the correct IP address of your N900? as root on your N900 type ifconfig and it should give you the ip address.

Re: sh: 192.168.1.3: not found
The error message "sh: 192.168.1.3: not found" means that you are trying to run command "192.168.1.3". Could you tell the exact ssh command you are using?

Re: sh: 192.168.1.3: not found
It seems as if you connected fine but tried to run the command 192.168.1.3 so my guess is an input error. try again and make sure your ssh command looks like this
ssh root@192.168.1.3 edit: what TNiga said :) |
Re: sh: 192.168.1.3: not found
Make sure there's not a space between the @ and the IP.
