Using maemo as remote control for XBMC?
Back when I used my Nokia N82 I used anyremote to remote control XBMC on my computer via bluetooth. With the N900, there doesn't seem to be any way to do this, and I really don't think I should have to resort to using a VNC to do simple tasks.
Maybe someone that knows how can port the anyremote client to maemo? If there are other simple ways to use the n900 as a remote control for XBMC, I'm all ears :) |
Re: Using maemo as remote control for XBMC?
Have you tried the HTML version of this?
Probably not as nice as the java version, but who knows? I use Raemote to control my Apple TV / XBMC - it is limited but serves the purpose. I did instal another remote control app but that didn't work so I uninstalled - can't remember what that was called though |
