PLZ HELP!!! N900 and Dell bluetooth handsfree problem
 

Hi guys,

I got a serious problem with my new DELL BH200 bluetooth head set!!!

Its works perfectly fine once paired. . . i can hear music but as soon as the phone activates i.e. i get or make a call the headset stops giving audio feedbak n disconnects after a few seconds!!!!.

This problem does not occur with other hand sets, ive paired it with the n96 , 6303, etc n its works perfectly. .

i even tried using the n900 with another bluetooth device(nokia make) n it works perfectly with my n900. . .

I ve tried flashing the entire phone but even a freshly flashed phone gives the same screw up!!!!

Can some one plz help me with this issue??

i only cant recieve n make calls with the dell bh200. . . the moment i try it goes blank. . . Is there any way of manually configuring this device using code in x term??

Oh come on!!!!!!!! For the love of god!!!!!!! Can someone tell me if this will be fixed in the next firmware update???!!!!!

I'm not sure that a shortcoming of a single device will be covered in the next update. To me, if other headsets are working, maybe you should check how the dell headset works too.

i have experiences exactly the same problem with the same devices...(BH200 and n900)
music plays perfectly bt calls cant be routed to the headset....it turns off...
wat to do?
pls help.!

Your not the only one my friend. I drive for a living and hands free is very important for me, i tried 3 sun visor kits all worked fine but they were just crap. Now i'm using this nexus drivetransmit pro.... http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.208-2333.aspx
Its a wicked piece of kit for the money but during my phone calls the audio just goes dead? I got the kit exchanged for a new one but same thing so it can only be my phone. It plays music fine and stays paired but phone calls are useless. It doesn't do it all the time tho, i'd say 70% which is enough to get right on ya tits. If i transfer the audio back to the phone during the call, audio is back. I don't have a solution i'm afraid only... i tried another phone on the kit and it worked fine. We can only hope this is fixed in pr1.3. I'm voda so no time soon for me :(

Hi, as any one found a solution for this. this is crazy. what can we do to get this fixed.
