use MADDE compile deb error?

hi everyone,

i'm using MADDE to compile a .deb file on window.
i'm following this guide:
http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...DDE_on_Windows

but after i "mad qmake" and "mad make", when i try to "mad dpkg-buildpackage" it comes an error:

which: pgp: unknown command
dpkg-buildpackage: set CFLAGS to default value: -g -02
dpkg-buildpackage: set FFLAGS to default value: -g -02
dpkg-buildpackage: set CPPFLAGS to default value:
dpkg-buildpackage: set LDFLAGS to default value:
dpkg-buildpackage: set CXXFLAGS ro default value: -g -02
tail: cannot open 'debian/changelog' for reading: No such file or dirertory
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: tail of debian/changelog gave error exit status 1

did anyone have anyidea what error it is? i really need help T.T

btw that guide was really a good guide, at least i can debug on my N900 now... ><

Read this line one more time. And then another time. After that, create the missing file. The debian/changelog file is needed in Debian packages. Just as the error message states.

Re: use MADDE compile deb error?

The debian directory is found in the package staging area used by MADDE. The staging area is where the package is prepared and assembled. The changelog file should be created in the debian directory at that place.

The changelog file is a text file describing changes, as the name suggests. It can be created using an editor of your choice.

For future reference, I suggest that you give Google a try by searching for "<problem> HOWTO". Second hit:
