libquicktime.sourceforge.net/ - check over here. ( the site has terrible design btw), and also if i remmeber right, mplayer-plugin for streaming video can do it also.

You may have half a chance getting it going using wine/qemu as discussed in this thread: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=43480 . Expect performance to be in the very bad to terrible range.
