Define "slow"?

slow as in barely audible

Mine is actually pretty "fast", however is a bit low.

When I say a "bit" I mean I get around the same volume having the phones laying on the table or having the sound trough the speakerphone.

Hmm. That's as subjective as "slow".

(s)low as in on a normal station I keep the volume to 4 and on fm transmiter to 12 so 3 times lower

You could try fm-boost, I think it's in extras-devel. Usual warnings apply. It will boost the FM transmitter.

EDIT: I didn't read hard enough...

Doesn't the OP mean listening to the radio (receiving)?

Or am I misinterpreting it?

"Low" volumes might mean you're not getting a good enough signal. Try changing the orientation of the headphones cable.

Edit: Never mind. FM-Boost is what you want.
