How to promote to extras?
 

I have an application (ztodo) in extras-devel. How do I get it to extras? When I click on the diablo promotion link in http://wiki.maemo.org/Uploading_to_Extras I am taken to a screen that lists all of the programs in extras-devel. When I select my application, there is no obvious way to promote. This has changed from the last time I promoted. What do I need to do to promote?

If you go to this page:
http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...ztodo/0.6.7-4/
logged in as the user who uploaded the package, you should see a "Promote Package" link.

I don't see a "promote package" button, and I am logged in with the same id I used to upload. Do I have to wait a period of time before the button appears? Was I supposed to do something special when I uploaded to associate it with me? I see that the maintainer field is blank. Does it need to have my info set in it?

I think the problem is that I am not considered to be the maintainer of the package. Why would this be? Is there an additional step I need to go through to be a maintainer (I did click on the button to request to be a maintainer, but the request is just in pending status).
