Please help - can't get flasher to install
 

I am having problems running/installing the flasher (for windows XP). Either it doesn't give me the option to run the .exe file (only open or save) or when I do run it, the command dialog opens and a cursor moves around the screen with no text and nothing happens, even after 10 minutes or so.

Apologies if i am being dim, but I have searched for an answer and can't seem to find it!

I am ok with having to flash, even if vodafone UK are being a right load of useless c**** but obviosuly I can't do this until I have the flasher installed.
