Syncing with Exchange very slow

When I'm syncing with an Exchange Server I noticed it is very slow not due to the internet connection but two processes on my N900 are taking 100% CPU power:

rtcom-call-ui
rtcom-messaging

What is this? It took me 20 Minutes to sync 460 contacts.
