N900 update not complete
 
I updated my N900 day before yesterday and just got a notice message today saying ''please turn your phone off and on again to complete update''

Now when I turned it on the Nokia connecting people logo has changed to Welcome to maemo 5.

I can text in portrait mode using the virtual keyboard.

In settings click on the top bar and there is a 3rd option to clear device.

Are there any other new things on the device not known yet?

There ain't anything there about portrait texting. Don't think its a bug cause I turned the device off and on again and it's still allowing me to text in portrait mode.

oh, i didnt quite read your post - so the video that plays when the n900 boots got changed?

sounds fishy to me...
