Looks like it is missing a bunch of localized text. Which language variant are you using for your phone?

Come to think of it, I think this happens to me once before when I installed the extra variant package from the extras-test or extra-devel repository. Have you installed those extra language packages before on the phone?

When I tried to fix this problem, I tried removing the all the non-official localization package but that doesn't seem to help. What I ended up doing is first removing all the custom localized packages, do a full backup, re-flash the phone over USB and do a full restore. (Probably not something you want to hear.)

I think they changed something in PR1.2, those custom localization package seems to be incompatible. I have not tried those language pack again afraid that may force me to do a full re-flashing again.
