Some maemo5 ideas
 

I don't know if any of these have been mentioned before, and I have no idea if some of them are possible but here goes lol:

1. Hold down volume keys for next/previous track (like sony ericsson phones)

2. Some kind of windows alt-tab shortcut for maemo. Not like ctrl-delete on maemo, like a quick tap of alt-tab on windows to quickly goto next open application without having to use the touchscreen.

3. An up/down speed meter in in MicroB near the close button

4. A battery charge percentage meter in the status area

5. In MicroB, use the volume keys for zooming unless a headset is inserted, and then they control volume.

Just some things I've been thinking about and have no idea how to implement

i want that my n900 is able to produce beer and maybe some cheeseburgers:)is there already an app??

ShorcutD allows you to switch apps (goes to dashboard) with the push of the camera button.

its almost perfect

but that's not at all what he asked for. There was however something that enabled quick switching. Lemme look that up.

Dunno if any of that work with pr1.2 though.

I have that already, it helps but it's not too useful when the keypad is open (fat fingers you see)
