also , i updated sygic and was viewing the new features and i found out that the portrait keyboard wokrs with it ! , so why doesnt it work with other apps.?

I guess that Sygic uses their own virtual keyboard.

Opera has a portrait vkb too. Apparently, it is easier to do it for an app than for the whole system

There's also various modifications and alternatives posted by qwerty12 and Radicalz38 there as well.

Please note that forced rotation can cause stability issues leading to a reboot. (Nothing serious, really, everything should be fine on the next boot.)

Yes, FYI, it is only for Sygic app. The app it self has Portrait VKB as a part of the application function.
