Maemo VM images are down?
 

The VM images @ http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-d...-downloads.php seem to be missing. Does anyone know if there is a timeline to get them back up and running?

With our luck, they decided they'll no longer provide them to older tablets. Glad I kept them all.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but they are just temporary down and up again in a couple of days. There was a bug with eclipse and karmic, so that we wanted to fix that first. Stay tuned, and follow the channels for updates on that.

Yeah, they became lost yesterday(while I was downloading :( ). My host system is Arch Linux and I couldn't make SDK work in it so I'm making my own image with Lucid Lynx.

But also elusive, is there any information on when the images will be up again?

FYI - in case anybody is still wondering, they put the server image up again, you can download it here: http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-d...-downloads.php

The server-image is needed for the ESBox installation. As there are still some issues with the Karmic image and the SDK is not part of the server image and is installed during the installation process, we decided to put the old image up again, to not block the ESBox users, who want to set up their environment by hand. Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks for that info.
So is there a rough timeframe on when the comlete VM Image with SDK and everything will be up again?
Can you suggest a workaround to get a Development environment via VM under WinX?
