Found a bug not sure were to file it.
When using the qt home screen widget hello world if you click the settings button for the widget a qinputdialog box shows up.
If you have other shortcuts or widgets under the location of the ok button you are unable to press it as it clicks the shorcut instead. Is this bug nown about and does any body know how to fix it/ workaround? Does this happen on other peoples devices? |

That is interesting, anyone else seen this behaviour?

Just curious: Are you making your settings window transient to hildon-desktop's window? This was in GTK, so I don't know about Qt; this may not even apply, but when I made my settings window transient to the plugin itself (HDHomePluginItem is a descendant of GtkWindow), I couldn't press OK, either.

Re: Found a bug not sure were to file it.
Sorry qwerty12 i wish i understood what you ment but i dont. you can test this your self by installing qt4-maemo5-homescreen-example thro apt-get install. this will also install the plugin loader for you.
You can then test the bug see if its real. apt-get source qt4-maemo5-homescreen-example will then get you the source and you can determin your self as i dont have the gtk knoledge to understand sorry. by the way if there are no shortcuts under the button you can click ok fine. |
