[application request] tasks widget
 

is there anyone that could make a desktop widget that would allow for showing and "checking/creating" new tasks that will integrate wtih the "Tasks" that we currently have to open the calendar/menu/go to tasks?

would be great to have this like we did in the s60vx software.

it has been asked a few times of the creator of the new calendar home widget, hopefully he will as his claendar hom ewidget is quite good IMO

I myself have been searching for this functionality for an age! even downloaded the QTCreater i was getting so desperate!

i think no need to be a complex one, just including task name, priority, type, color, due date & details will be enough.
also completed tasks should shift down the list and sort by due date.

It's not integrated, but I use the GPE ToDoList for tasks, it is very good and uses a widget to display tasks.

I really like the GPE TodoList and the GPE Timesheet,
too bad that they are unmaintained... They could of been so good!
