i have a problem when i try 2 pair my N900 with my sony vaio Through Bluetooth..
 

Hello everyone..

im not sure if this topic belongs here but..i just bought my Nokia N900..i like it alot..
just when i tried to pair it with My Sony Vaio Laptop.. a problem happened..
a msg appear & says :"the driver for bluetooth peripheral device is not installed , install the latest driver for your device.."
i tried to search online for a fix for such matter with no result..
any ideas..any solutions guys ??

Download Nokia PC Suite or the OVI Suite that should solve the problem as it will download the Nokia drivers that will detect the N900..

That's what I did on my VAIO and it worked.

first of all thank u for ur fast respond..:)

i did what u said..i downloaded Nokia pc suit thats fit with my N900..
tried once again to pair the N900 with sony vaio once again after i used the pc suit..the same problem still appear..

sorry,but can u tell me exactly what u did with the nokia pc suit to solve this issue..mayb i missed something..???

it happens with me exactly the same problem with a sony vaio, i did everything the differents posts says about this problem and still nothing, even i tried to change the bluetooth software of my pc and nothing i have been trying with this issue since about one month and nothing. i dont know what is the problem, i dont know if is my laptop or the nokia n900. and the worse id that nobody can't help.

Hi I have a vaio, have not tried bluetooth yet. will try tomorrow. meanwhile. use ssh if noone have a solution.
