Please specify if the game can be played just with the touchscreen or it's necessary to use the physical keyboard.

depends what game it is. some games you can only play with touch, some only with the keyboard and maybe a few with both. dose that answer your question?

He is requesting that game developers include in the description if the game can be played by both touch and keyboard, or just touch or just the keyboard.. which is a nice idea...that is going to be ignored

That's right! I mean in tbe description.
Some games that make use oh the physical keyboard are too difficult to play because people should know that the keyboards are DIFFERENT FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY and the up down left right keys for english people are 4 keys but for me they are just 2.

IMHO The best thing to do is to make a bug report in that case. It is easy for developers to make such mistakes if they own a model with a different key layout.
