problem with my phone please help
 

i have an n900 and i am unable to download half of the things for app manager or the maemo.org website.

keep getting a message syaing unable to install some packages missing.. (python-hildon, python-osso, python 2.5) are some of the packages that are missing according to my phone...

PLEASE Help not sure what to do ???

Please more specific.

1. Which app are you trying to install?
2. Do you know which repository the app belongs to? Does the repository enable?
(If you don't know what a repository is; then please search/read more how to enable/disable a repository.)
3. Give us all error messages.

Usually it's not difficult to install app unless you don't have enough memory or you haven't enable the correct repository.

Also worthy of note is that a lot of apps now require you to be on PR1.2 version of the Maemo5 O/S, as they will neither download or update on pre PR1.2.
