No, there OVI STORE, of course, but the new upgrade the N900 to OVI STORE has not come yet.

I work near sport-complex Nokia, do you want me to make a graffiti on it : "OVI Store for Israel, we are people too"

anyway, there is n900 upgrade(was) that is pr1.2 for now, and there is Ovi Store that is beta for a while already and under development (as it's the same for all phones). Or you mean when new apps comming? anyway there si no difference between Israel's Ovi and not Israel.
