[Request] AAlib - ASCII Art library port?
 

Just for the pure geekiness of it, the AAlib software would make an excellent contribution to our Maemo software collection.

The ability to watch movies in 'text mode' is sure to gain respect from our geek colleagues :)

Unfortunately I don't have a clue how to attempt it, but is anyone up for the challenge?

Just wanted to bump this thread - I'm quite surprised there doesn't appear to be much interest in this.

Just imagine the envy of your iTurd friends when you show them a movie in ASCII....
