ovi store is not working
 

Hi all,

i sent my device for service and i think they re flshed my device. now the ovi store doesn,t open and giving me the following error.


i tried some optins like install the hide user agent and disable it, moved the microb to microb.old but nothing seems to be working.

if reflasing the device is the ohly option can anyone please let e know how to do that step by step?
