When I open mstardict, it takes 5 seconds to open. what happened?

Hi guys, When I open the dictionary: mstardict, it takes 5 seconds to open. what happened?

It took about 2 seconds to open that before I installed googlepinyin which helps to input Chinese. Is this the cause?
