Cowon Q5 coming
This is a sexy beast.......hope the wifi is speedy!!
Will the Windows CE knock down the screen resolution? I'd heard of it doing that on other devices. http://www.engadget.com/2007/04/09/c...ced-and-dated/ |

...and if it looses power you have to reinstall every third party app that you had to buy to make it useful, re-tweak, and remember all passwords etc.
I have an iPAQ 4150 with BT and WiFi that I bought 2 years ago in anticipation of WiFi hot-spots. It sits on my desktop in the cradle. WinMo makes it a true PITA. The included IE browser is quite limited and about the only thing it has over the N800 is the ability to run a J2ME runtime. Even then it runs that in an exclusive window that does not allow concurrent services to be running. Maybe WinMo 5.0 is a better implementation but my experience with WinMo CE 4.20 was my primary motivation to get involved with open source. Microsoft sold me on Linux. :D |
