N900 back from service
Just got my N900 back from Teleray (a major service company in Slovenia) because when they sent me bill for repairs I told them they forgot a part, so they sent another bill the day after it expired and I got my phone back.
Not only that, but the keyboard frame on the right side got scratched when they were sending it back :( I sent it there because I was in a factory for a month and didn't have my case yet so it got super scratched on its screen and metal frame (plastic frame was okay, the metal was only damaged due to a fall) and it had a single dead pixel. The phone works ok and all, but its sunlight legibility is really bad and it's hard to use it with a stylus. I'll have to resend it after a week (going on vacation) and also put the keyboard frame into repairs (at least that will be under a guarantee). I have the CP-123 case now and it works fine. The point here is, why doesn't Nokia put a Nokia Care point in Slovenia? :( Also moral of the story: get a screen protector/case, even if you keep it alone your pocket http://i46.tinypic.com/xpub5s.png (there's more on the actual device, the one on the left that goes into the frame is courtesy of Teleray) |

Dude, what the hell did you do to your screen, drag a fork over it or something??? I've honestly never seen a phone screen so badly damaged.

"...use I was in a factory for a month and didn't have my case yet so..."
Also sorry I didn't have a camera on me and it's not like I was going to draw an N900 :P |
Re: N900 back from service
Man you certainly know how to abuse a screen... lol.
I'd pay for an engineer to replace mine if it was like that ! |
