SD boot no longer work
 

I have my N800 setup w/ boot menu, which I generally booted from SDHC. Last night after doing apt-get update/upgrade and doing a full reboot, the system can no longer booted from SD. I booted from flash and run fsck.ext2 /dev/mmcblk0 -f and it still won't boot. the progress bar got as far as 1/3 then restart. Anyone experience this lately?
