So this virus makes an automatic status update saying I won 10.000 in mafia wars.It is very annoying and I tried malware bytes full scan and it's still happening , i changed my facebook password too

what should i do/.

Some people call it magic.
They say it can solve all your pc problems..


All i know is that its called a virus scanner.

dont log in in facebook for 2 jears .... it will stop....

no really ..... open a new acc and look with that second acc if your status updates again.... WITHOUT TO LOG IN IN THE ORIGINNAL ACC!! (dont forget to friendship them...)

if yes you aggreed to some fb app to change your status.....

if no and the status also changes in the new acc... then you should scan your pc.... i recommend spybot, nod 32, and malwarebytes antimalware.....

or simply..disable the applications from your facebook using your other machine or your friend's machine

I had this problem, but it disappeared after I got rid of a bit of malware I found on my PC -- InstallMon.exe, which was directly in my Application Data folder. Avira free edition caught it.
