MyMenu Problem after uninstall
I installed mymenu from repositories and today I decided to uninstall it.
After uninstalling it, a lot of icons in main menu disappeared and only some default have been left. Normally, I have more than 50 extra icons which are no longer visible. I have also tried to put a shortcut of Applications manager to desktop but when I click on it, it doesn't do anything :( Below is a screenshot of the menu icons left. Does anybody know what I can do instead of format etc? thanks http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/1796/screenio.jpg |
Re: MyMenu Problem after uninstall
Try removing /home/user/.config/menus/hidon.menu file
This should return menu to default |
Re: MyMenu Problem after uninstall
I had the same problem.
In my case after uninstalling mymenu the file: /etc/xdg/menus/hildon.menu was different from the original PR1.2 version I replaced it with the original one and the problem was solved. See this link: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...2&postcount=45 |

You need an app like cuteExplorer or midnight commander or (best solution imho) install ssh server on N900 and a ssh client on your pc. |
Re: MyMenu Problem after uninstall
and how am I supposed to install them on n900 when the application manager and x-terminal when I put desktop shortcuts don't work? :(
