FM radio app
 

I currently have the FM radio app installed, but note it takes a reasonable amount of CPU whilst running.

I've just now tryied mediabox with the FM radio plugin, but no FM radio option appears even with BT enabled. (I do note the plugin is labelled N800 only)

Are there any other FM receiving apps around?

If you have the FM radio app installed, you also have fmradio-tool available.

You have to run it as root from the X-Terminal and give it a frequency in KHz, e.g.

It was mainly intended for debugging purpose, but works well as a simple GUI-less player without any bells and whistles. You can't get CPU usage lower than that I suppose.
