Re: [Announce] DiabloTurbo Official Topic
Sweet! I rarely use microb anymore now that opera came out though. Perhaps it'll not kill half the battery at boot up.

Yeah! It increases the speed of MicroB starting and browsing at least for 50%.
The best part: It prevent the Reboot-loop without having to reflash! Disallowing the auto-reboot in case of failure. Another thing: The boot time had decreased at about 50%. In advance i will make a comaprisson table with and without DiabloTurbo! Best regards, Stay tuned for news. |

There is an application, a few years old, called maemo-connect-service that had a rather easy to use user interface where you could determine what processes was to run and not. Unfortunately it seemed like it caused a lot of issues for people with reboot-loops.
Maybe something like that could be incorporated into your app? |

Re: [Announce] DiabloTurbo Official Topic
diablo turbo sounds like nectar from the gods themselves. Looking forward to this. I have experimented with Brontide's settings and have some set on my N810, but a nice easy way of setting them would be fantastic

(j/k) I can't wait, even though my n800's battery only lasts an hour, I still find it useful when my N900 is occupied (TV-out mainly). |
