Flashlight not working
 

i installed flashlight

However its giving me an error message like "unable to initialize flashlight.camera is in use by another application":(

mybe a stupid question but:
is your camera used by another application?
i would say top in xterm make a screenshot and post it here

you need to close the camera app (it opens automatically when you open the lens cover)

have also problem with flashlight-applet its installed oke but can not see the icon in the status area with the lenscover open!
even after reboot still the same...
????
any help???

what you guys exactly mean with status area?
you have to:open the lens cover-close the camera app-tap on the status area-and then you will see flashlight.

status menu is scrollable, I have to scroll down to get flashlight entry

same here...
i have problem with my camera. when i open lens cover and choose camera, it said "operation failed".
When i try use my flashlight, it said " camera in use by another aplication".
can anyone help me please....
