Getting prb in USSD caller

hello guys
when i m insttal USSD call in my phone and after than i m restart my phone but my device can not able to on it's getting restarted now wht can i do ???

have you got a recent backup?

What happens if you plug it in to a pc via usb?

If it's caught in a reboot loop you might have to re-flash.
