Just thought I would post the SIP settings for VOIP Provider PennyTel. Replace [bracketed text] with relevant information without the [ ]. Many thanks to whats_up_skip for the heads up:

Password: The password you use to login to the PennyTel website
Enabled: Checked


Advanced Settings
Use for telephone numbers: Checked
User name: [Your Pennytel Number - 8889xxxxxx]
Transport: Auto
Outbound Proxy: sip.pennytel.com
Port: 5060
Discover public address: Checked
Loose routing: Not Checked
Keep-alive mechanism: Auto
Keep-alive period: Auto
Auto-detect STUN: Checked
