Adding custom shortcuts to the desktop
I was wondering, how do people add the "phone" and "contacts" shortcut to their home menus. For instance, if you check the D-Theme page, you'll see the screenshots show a little "Phone" and "Contacts" shortcuts:
http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=45418 Is the standard firmware able to do this? Because when I click "add shortcut" under the home config screen, it does not let me choose "Phone" or "Contacts" as an option. At first I though it was D-Theme kind of thing, but then after installing a variation of D-Theme, I didn't get any new options. Another issue: Is there any way to make the icons sticks to a grid? Like in Windows? Thanks! |
Re: Adding custom shortcuts to the desktop
Sorry, I am slow, I just realized that these icons need to be dragged from one of the other home screens. However my question about fit to grid still stands! :D
