Hermes Pictures not synched to Outlook??
 
None of my contact pictures from Hermes get synced to my Outlook contacts. Pictures I added manually ARE synced.

Is this expected? If so, how can I convert Hermes pictures into "local" pictures??

Does anyone else use Hermes and MfE? Do YOUR pictures sow up in Outlook ("Buisness card" view)?

Any tips???
