Script to sync MfE only if proccessor usage is low
 

I've made this script that initiates MfE sync if the processor usage is low.
Why? Because MfE sync is a resource hog, and I don't need it messing up my skype or sip phone calls which also are processor hogs.

I've put it into my fcrontab for every 10 minutes on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends.
Note: Requires run-standalone inside crontab.
