Unresponsive screen

My problem is that sometimes my screen becomes unresponsive on Widgets and App shortcuts.
I can swipe to change desktops and click on my contacts on the desktop and the meny button in the upper left corner, but nothing else.
This usually hjappens if I have a missed call or if I make/recieve a call.

The only way top remedy this seems to be a reboot.
What's annoying with this is that as soon as it becomes unresponsive I don't get messages or phonecalls to my phone. And if I don't notice that it is unresponsive I miss calls and messages until I notice it.
And now I check if it works before I lock my screen.

Anyone else have this problem? any reason for it? Any remedy for it except reboot?

Re: Unresponsive screen

@Xemaniac,
this used to be a very common bug pre PR1.2
So if you have not updated your system, do so.
I get this bug sometimes on PR1.2 too, and usually it is because of some buggy widget.
Try removing all your widgets and put them one by one, till you find out the offending one.
BTW there was a thread about this issue somewhere here... try finding it...

Of course I have updated to 1.2, who hasn't? Yeah will have to do it the hard way. Do you think it is ok only to remove the widgets form the desktop or do I need to uninstall them?

Re: Unresponsive screen

Just remove them from desktop, especially the ones that are not coming with the official release of Maemo (the stock ones usually do not have a problem, but i had no time to investigate that further). Widgets coming from devel repos are target 1 for this bug.
