Hi I've added exercises and once i go into the exercises all I get is four buttons at the bottom, duration, Frequency, Intensity & Equipment. When pressed, nothing happens. Please help

Nothing is supposed to happen. As noted in the roadmap, that feature is incomplete. Please see the development thread.

You might try qexercise if you want something more functional. I don't have much time to program, so development of this app is very slow.

As I've stated before, once I think this is usable, I'll promote it to testing.
