If you're using a 64-bit OS you should try it on a 32-bit OS, either a Linux distro or a Windows XP or higher.

You should type this:
flasher-3.5.exe -F PR1.2.bin -f -R

you typed -k as substitute to -F
Try it.

i work with win7 32 bit.
With the same system it works a few months ago
