when i starting to play a hd video the audio comes first...and than comes the video......

err.

1) Its the wrong section you have posted into (try Multimedia)
2) N900 currently does NOT support HD video playback. maximum res is 800x480. It is too slow for playing back HD video.

In this case, audio going before video means the cpu isn't decoding the video fast enough

Try press "D" button while playing the movie..... but I have already give up using KM and SIB players to play movie since they got too much problem and not fully working for many types of video files........

If you only play MP4 file, default player work well...
